Article A: Raven's Troth Kindred shall be led by a Tribunal council, consistingof three full
kinsmen/kinswomen of the Kindred, further led by a chosen leader fromamongst those three members.
It shall be the duty of this Tribunal to Coordinate or delegate coordination of all activities.
Article B: The bylaws may only be amended by a unanimous vote of the Tribunal Leadership.
Amendments to these bylaws may be proposed by any full kinsman/kinswoman of the Raven's Troth Kindred.
Article C: The Tribunal positions are permanent unless and/or until resignation or being relieved
Article D: The Lawspeaker of Raven's Troth Kindred shall be the same person as the Tribunal
Article A. Recognizing the need and probability of growth, procedures for the addition of Kin
Sub Section 1: Persons of any age are welcome, however, children under the age of 18 shall
require parental consent.
Sub Section 2: Membership shall not be denied on account of race, color, national origin,
Sub Section 3: Candidates for membership must be interviewed by the Tribunal who will decide
whether the candidate is sincere about learning of Asatru.
Sub Section 4: The naming ceremony shall not be conducted not less than three (3) months
from the time the Tribunal interview for membership into the kindred, at which time the Kinsman/woman
shall be a full kindred member.
Any member of the Tribunal may require counceling for a Kindred member, and any Kinsman/Kinswoman
may request counseling for a kindred member to be decided upon by the Tribunal. Decisions of the
Tribunal are final, but may be reviewed by the Tribunal in the future.
Article A: Meetins shall be held at a previously agreed upon place, and time until such time as a
permanent Hof can be built.
Article B: Meetings shall not be held kess that twice every month.
Article C: Meetings can be chaired by any member of the Tribunal, at the discression of the
other two members of the Tribunal. Meetings may also be a joint venture on the part of the Tribunal,
Article D: Meetings will be open at certain times to question and answer periods.
Article A: Excepting the Tribunal, no Kindred member shall be required to perform any duties.
Article B: Any member may, after being interviewed by the Tribunal, make themselves available
for duties, if they wish. Any member who assigns themselves a duty will be expected to carry out said
duties barring uncontrollable circumstances.
Article C: The Tribunal will be expected to teach now Kindred members about the Ways of Asatru,
and the Raven's Troth Kindred. Eligable members may take on the afore mentioned teaching
responsibilities if all parties are in agreement.
Article D: No member of Raven's Troth Kindred shall, by force or coersion, be required to
participate in any event, or proceeding which may, by the Lawspeaker of Raven's Kindred, be deemed
to be in conflict with, or in opposition to the by-laws and/or tenets of Raven's Troth Kindred, it's
parent organization, The Asatru Alliance, or the Asatru Religion in general. These things include,
but are not limited to, involuntary service of ANY kind requiring the use and administration of otherwise
binding oaths not based on the tenets and beliefs of the Asatru Religion, or which conflict with the
tenets and beliefs of the Asatru Religion in ANY fashion. Under protection of the 1st Amendment of the
Constitution of The United States of America.
