Background: Annette and Del were married on April 2, 1982 in Lewiston, Idaho and resided there until 1989. Del is a graduate of Lewis-Clark State College and Annette is a graduate of Lewiston High School(Class of 1977). They met while attending college. Tanya (17) is their oldest daughter and Heather (15) is their youngest.

Ventura Francisco Torres Romero IV (Mississippi) (22 months) is the grandchild.

Del served in the U.S Navy as a Polaris/Poseidon Missile Technician 74-80 and served onboard the USS Woodrow Wilson SSB(N) 624 Blue Crew (75 - 78) and the USS Sam Houston SSB(N) 609 Blue Crew (78 - 80). Del has a Degree in Chemistry - Natural Sciences and is currently the Automation Officer (Systems Analyst) for the USDA Fresno, CA Field Office but is always open for a better job (especially one that will get us out of California).
