When a baby bird fell from its nest. The students implored "Please save it!" There was nothing to do but try. Crow Boy stayed with us for 2 weeks. He ate raw hamburger meat and worms and seemed to be always hungry! One day, he flew across our classroom and we knew he was ready to go. We released him by the "Frog Pond" which was rich with insects and had some water. It was also a good place to hide among the reeds.
We miss Crow Boy and hope he fares well!
